RHUBARB CAKE
 

Yellow cake mix
2 c. rhubarb, cut up fine
1 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. dry Jello (raspberry or strawberry)

Mix yellow cake mix according to directions on the box. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb, sugar and dry Jello together. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
