LEMON LUSH CAKE
 

CRUST:

Mix: 1 stick butter, softened

Add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans. Grease 9 x 13 inch dish. Pat crust into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, till light brown. Cool.

FILLING:

Mix one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Beat 2 boxes of instant lemon pudding with 3 cups of milk, put in refrigerator until set. Put 3/4 of cream cheese mixture on crust. Add all of pudding mixture. Put rest of cream cheese mixture on top of pudding. You may add more Cool Whip if the cream cheese mixture is too thick.
