CAKE:

1 box chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

FILLING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. milk

Mix all cake ingredients. Grease and flour 2 cookie sheets. Pour half mixture into each cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until center springs back from touch.

Mix filling and spread on one of the halves and place other on top, making sandwich. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
