COWBOY COFFEE CAKE

2 cans (10 count) biscuits
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts, opt.
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened or melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk

Lay biscuits in a 9 inch round cake pan, overlapping in a spiral fashion. Melt butter; add brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Mix sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and vanilla. Add enough milk to make the consistency to be a bit thinner than regular cake icing. Drizzle icing over top of warm cake. This coffee cake tastes better warm. NOTE: One of our preachers referred to this cake as "Sin in a Pan!"
