Prepare graham cracker crust and line 9x13 inch pan. Reserve.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 (18 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping
Juice from 3 limes plus enough pineapple juice to equal 1 c.
A few drops green food coloring (optional)
Mix together cream cheese and condensed milk. Add whipped topping and lime juice mixture. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring. Continue mixing. When well blended, spoon into already prepared graham cracker crust. Garnish with lime twist. Refrigerate several hours and serve.
VARIATION: For more tartness, use 4 limes and no pineapple juice.
