5 c. chopped rhubarb 1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello 1 c. sugar 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix Put rhubarb in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle Jello, sugar, and marshmallows over rhubarb. Prepare cake mix as usual, spread over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees at least 1 hour. When cool, turn out onto cookie sheet. |
