1 orange flavored or yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 can peach pie filling

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting: Mix together 12 ounce can crushed pineapple, 8 ounce cream cheese, 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix and 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake. May garnish with mandarin oranges.
