RHUBARB CAKE
 

4 c. rhubarb (cut in 3/4 inch pieces)
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
2 handsful miniature marshmallows
1 white cake mix

Place rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan. Mix Jello and sugar together. Sprinkle over top of rhubarb. Spread miniature marshmallows over Jello mixture. Mix white cake according to directions on box. Pour batter over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Test for doneness.
