OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE
 

1 pkg. frozen clover leaf roll dough (approximately 25 rolls) or 1 loaf
frozen bread (thawed), make approximately 75 rolls or use 4 packs refrigerated
biscuits each one cut into quarters
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted

Separate frozen roll dough into pieces (each clover leaf makes 3 pieces). You do not need to thaw the clover leaf. Combine dry pudding mix with brown sugar and nuts; melt butter. Place 1/2 of the pieces of roll dough into a well buttered bundt pan. Pour 1/2 of melted butter over dough and sprinkle with 1/2 of the pudding mix. Repeat with dough, butter, and pudding mix. Leave pan sit overnight and in the morning bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert on serving plate.
