FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESE CAKE
 

2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey chocolate chips
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare chocolate crumb crust; set aside. In a heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chips, stirring constantly.

In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the condensed Eagle Brand milk until smooth. Add melted chips and remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour or until center is set. Cool. Chill.

CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:

In a medium bowl combine: 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1/2 c. melted butter

Press firmly on bottom of 9 inch pan.
