1 lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. apricot nector

Stir all ingredients until mixed and then beat well (3 or 4 minutes). Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan, bake at 325 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. When done leave cake in pan and immediately prick holes with fork. Spoon on and smooth on below icing.

4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. apricot nector
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth.
