RHUBARB CAKE

1 box white or yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix the cake according to the directions then put the 4 cups of rhubarb over the top of this. Sprinkle the 2 cups of sugar over this. Pour the pint of cream over all and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Very good.
