LEMON JELLO CAKE
 

1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil

GLAZE:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Dissolve 1 package lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Cool but do not let jell. Beat 4 eggs, yellow cake mix and oil. Add Jello and mix well. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees in 10 inch well-greased tube pan. Let stand in pan 10 minutes then turn onto plate. While still warm, slowly pour glaze and let soak into cake. You can puncture cake to help glaze absorb into the cake.

GLAZE: Mix lemon juice with confectioners' sugar.
