1 box lemon cake mix 1 box instant lemon pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. water & all or part of 3/4 c. salad oil GLAZE: 2 c. XXX sugar 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. water 1/2 c. lemon juice Mix cake. Bake in floured pan, 9 x 13 inch for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook glaze until clear. As soon as cake comes from oven prick holes in top with fork. Pour glaze over top at once. |
