1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of vanilla
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
In bowl, beat butter and sugar together. Blend in graham cracker crumbs. Press into 11x7 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes and then allow to cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Add vanilla. Pour into cooled crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
After this is baked and cool, top with sour cream, sugar and vanilla which has been blended together and bake another 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
