1 yellow cake mix 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges in juice 1/2 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs FROSTING: 9 oz. Cool Whip 1 lg. pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding mix 1 lg. can crushed pineapple Mix together first four ingredients. Pour into 2 (9") cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool completely before frosting. To make frosting, mix ingredients together. Refrigerate to chill. Frost cold cake and store in refrigerator. |
