1 butter recipe box cake mix, prepare as directed
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Prepare butter recipe cake mix as directed on back of box in 9"x13" pan. When cake is done, remove from oven; poke holes all over top of cake with fork. Pour Eagle Brand over top and spread over cake while cake is still hot. Allow to cool. Spread Cool Whip over cake and refrigerate before serving.
