1 pkg. lemon Jell-O 1 c. boiling water 1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 c. Carnation milk 22 graham crackers 1/2 c. butter 3 tbsp. powdered sugar Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, set aside to cool. Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Whip Carnation milk and add to above. Crush graham crackers. Add butter and powdered sugar. Mix well. Pat 1/2 mixture in bottom of cake pan and add cheese mix. Sprinkle balance of mix on top. Chill in refrigerator. |
