1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
3 egg whites
1/3 c. oil
1 c. crushed cream filled chocolate cookies

Mix following directions on cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven following time on box.

3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar and remaining ingredients; blend well. Beat in remaining powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Frost cake.
