RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
 

5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. white cake mix

Place chopped rhubarb in pan. Sprinkle sugar, Jello and marshmallows over top. Mix up cake mix and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve upside down and top with whipped cream.
