1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon juice (fresh lemon)
2 c. powdered sugar
Mix cake mix, lemon Jello, eggs, and water. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add oil and beat 3 minutes more. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan, pour batter in and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven, and punch holes in cake, and cover with glaze of lemon juice and powdered sugar. Very good.
