RHUBARB CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix rhubarb and sugar; set aside. Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon rhubarb mixture on top and then pour whipping cream over the entire mixture. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
