1 pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. cold water
Juice of 2 lemons
2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Combine lemon Jello, cold water and eggs; beat 2 minutes. Empty cake mix in bowl. Add Jello mix and oil. Beat well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, with 2 prong fork. Poke holes all over cake.
Combine confectioners' sugar with lemon juice. Pour over cake while hot. If kept refrigerated makes cool moist dessert for hot summer days.
