3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
1 yellow or white cake mix

Spread rhubarb in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sugar evenly over it; then sprinkle jello over that.

Mix cake according to instructions and pour over it. Bake at 350 degrees about 35-45 minutes. Let set in pan 5-10 minutes, then turn upside down. You can line pan with waxed paper so it will come out better.
