3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 yellow or white cake mix (with pudding mix included)
1 pt. of cream

Mix as cake mix says on package. Put rhubarb and sugar mixture in cake pan, pour cake mix over this. Finally pour 1 pint of cream over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Check at about 40 to 45 minutes.
