LIGHT TWINKIE CAKE
 

8 Hostess Light Twinkie Cupcakes
2 lg. bananas
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1 sm. container frozen strawberries
1 med. container light Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cut cupcakes lengthwise and put into a loaf cake pan cream side up. Pour can of drained crushed pineapple evenly over the top. Then layer the bananas and strawberries. Ice over the top with the Cool Whip and finally sprinkle with pecans, if desired. This is a very quick and easy dessert.
