1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. corn starch
Non stick vegetable spray
1/2 tsp. soda
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. Whisk egg whites, water and Karo. Mix into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes.
