16 to 20 graham crackers
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar

Mix and pat in an 8-inch cake dish. It works better in cake pan with rim.

2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. ricotta cheese

Pour in crust and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 20 minutes.

1/2 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together easy. Spread on top of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.
