12 oz. can apricot nectar 1 stick butter 1 yellow cake mix 3 eggs 8 oz. cream cheese 1 sm. can coconut 1 c. apricot nectar 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice Mix together 12 ounces apricot nectar, cake mix, eggs and butter. Pour into a greased and floured 11 x 13 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until set; probably will take a little longer.
