1 yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar
6 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix yellow cake mix as directed; put in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Mix rhubarb with sugar. Put on top of cake. Pour whipping cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 24 servings.
