5 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello (dry)
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 yellow cake mix
Cut and arrange rhubarb in 9 x 13 pan (oiled). Sprinkle sugar and Jello over top. Top with marshmallows. Spread cake batter (mixed according to package directions) over marshmallows. Bake 50 minutes (350 degrees). Turn upside down on plate. Serve with whipped cream.
You may use strawberry Jello instead.
