Butter a 9x13 inch pan and place ingredients in order listed: 1 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 white cake mix (prepare according to pkg.)

Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn upside down while still warm.
