LEMON JELLO CAKE
 

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. water
1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon

Place cake mix, lemon Jello, water, oil and eggs in large mixer bowl. Blend ingredients on low speed. Beat 4 minutes. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until cake tests done.

Meanwhile, stir together powdered sugar, lemon rind, and juice. As soon as cake comes out from oven, take fork and poke holes in top to cover surface. Now spread on lemon-sugar glaze. Serve warm or cold.
