Crust: 18 graham crackers, crushed (1 1/4 c.) 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Combine ingredients, press into an 8 inch springform pan or pie plate. Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Filling: 2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar Beat cream cheese lightly. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Spread mixture over baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool for 1 hour before spreading the topping. Refrigerate before serving.
