YUM YUM CAKE
 

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix with spoon; do not overmix. Pour into 10 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

TOPPING FOR YUM - YUM CAKE:

1 sm. can milk
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter

Mix milk, sugar, and butter in pan and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix coconut and pecans and pour on while cake and topping are hot.
