2 c. sugar 2 c. crushed pineapple 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 2 c. flour Beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy; add crushed pineapple and sift flour and baking powder into the mixture. Stir and put in greased and floured pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. ICING FOR YUM YUM CAKE: 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 1 sm. can evaporated milk Bring to boil for 2 minutes. Add: 1 c. coconut 1 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Spread on cake while still warm. |
