1. Mix oil and sugar well, add pear sauce and ginger.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, hand mix until smooth.
4. Pour into an oiled and floured Bundt-cake pan.
5. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
Peel and core 3-4 large pears. Simmer in ¼ cup water until tender. Drain off water then blend pears into sauce or, alternatively, use canned pears (blended) to make the sauce.
