1/2 cup fat free or low fat cottage cheese 1 pouch of Jello vanilla pudding mix 6 Keebler mini tart crusts 1/4 cup of fat free milk 6 tablespoons of blueberry preserves (thick with real blueberries)
Blend cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of fat free milk. Slowly add in the pouch of pudding mix.
Continue to blend until mixture thickens. Fill mini tarts with mix and top with blueberry preserve.
