1 stick butter 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 heaping tbsp. flour 4 egg yolks Put butter and pineapple in medium size pan, bring to a boil. In separate bowl, combine sugar, flour and egg yolks. Add small amount of hot mixture to this and return all to kettle. Cook until thickened. Cool to room temperature. |
