2 boneless, skinless chicken breast or turkey tenderloin 2 potatoes 2 carrots or 8 baby carrots 1/2 c. wild rice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans skim milk 1 can mushrooms 1 med. onion slices Spices At one time: brown chicken breasts (grill). Boil wild rice 15 minutes. Microwave potatoes 3 minutes on high. Mix wild rice and soup and milk in bowl. Put all ingredients into 8 x 13 pan. Pour soup mixture over above. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
