1 pkg. (24 oz.) Ore-Ida O'Brian Potatoes 2 c. diced ham, trim fat 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 med. diced onion In a 9x13 pan put in potatoes. Spread with ham and cheese. Mix egg and milk. Pour over potatoes. Cover. Let stand at least 3 1/2 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut in squares. |
