COMPANY POTATOES
 

2 lb. loose frozen hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. carton sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter. Add salt, pepper and onion. Combine with rest of ingredients and mix well. Place on greased casserole 9 x 13 inch pan.

Melt 1/4 cup butter and add 2 cups corn flakes. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Don't let casserole dry out.
