8 oz. can crushed pineapple 8 oz. cream cheese 4 oz. container Cool Whip 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved Drain pineapple well. Reserve 1/4 cup syrup. Place cream cheese in small bowl and beat until creamy. Gradually add syrup and beat until light and smooth. Add whipped topping, fold in pineapple, nuts, sugar and cherries. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. |
