2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. Ore-Ida Frozen Hash browns (24 oz.)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 stick Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream
Salt and garlic to taste
Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
If potatoes are still frozen, bake a little longer, uncovered. This is one of many favorites mom would cook, "on request".
