16 med. mushrooms 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. parsley (chopped fresh) 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp. chives (fresh if possible) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste Wash and slice mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Fold in mushrooms, turning to coat evenly. Garnish with chives if desired. Serve chilled. 150 calories per serving. |
