HOT PICKLED GREEN TOMATOES
 

1 gallon quartered green tomatoes
1 qt. white onions, quartered
1/2 pt. green hot peppers, sliced
1 1/2 qt. white distilled vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper

Heat all ingredients. Just before boiling, fill hot jars and seal. Set aside about 2 weeks. Hot!!
