HUMMUS
 

1 can chick peas with 1/2 of the liquid
1/4 c. tahini
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cumin powder

Blend all ingredients until smooth. If its too thick, add a drop more liquid. Serve with pita and vegetables. This hummus keeps well in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
