Add sauteed green chopped pepper and chopped onion. 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Salt & pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
