BULGAR PILAF
 

2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. bulgar
2 c. chicken stock

Brown onion and celery in oil. Add chicken broth and bulgar and simmer; covered, for 15 minutes.
