6-7 Irish potatoes, unpeeled & sliced 2" thick Mix the following: 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt Dredge potatoes in above mixture. Place in casserole dish. Cut 1 stick butter over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
